The short version

Since our courses are digital products delivered instantly, all sales are generally final. But we're not unreasonable about it.

When we'll issue a refund

We'll refund your purchase if:

  • You were charged twice for the same product (duplicate transaction)
  • You didn't receive access to the course after payment
  • There's a technical issue on our end that prevents you from accessing the course, and we can't fix it within a reasonable timeframe

When we won't issue a refund

We can't offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Not having enough time to complete the course
  • Finding the material too easy or too difficult
  • Already knowing the material covered in the course

Since courses are delivered digitally and access is granted immediately, there's no way to "return" the product.

How to request a refund

If you think you qualify for a refund, open a support ticket through our website or email us at [email protected]. Include your order number and a description of the issue.

We'll review your request and get back to you within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

Chargebacks

If you have an issue with a charge, please contact us first before filing a chargeback with your bank. We're happy to work things out directly, and it's faster for everyone.
